How it Started
The Baldassarres opened The Stirling Hotel with a simple belief: that a neighborhood deserves a great gathering place. More than four decades later, that belief still shapes everything we do.

The Smokehouse and Every Season
From April through November, The Smokehouse brings BBQ, live music, yard games, and laid-back gatherings to the heart of our outdoor space. When the colder months arrive, the experience moves inside, where the fireplace, seasonal menus, and the warmth of the Stirling Hotel are waiting.

The Baldassarres' commitment to hospitality has grown into a family of spots that includes the Stirling Tavern, Dublin Pub, and Cotto in Morristown. But The Stirling Hotel is where it all started, and it remains the heart of everything.
